2024 Monster Energy AMA Supercross Rd 4 Injury List

The 2024 Monster Energy AMA Supercross fourth round race, Anaheim 2, will take place on Saturday, August 27, 2024, in Anaheim, California. Fans are excited to know which rider will play in the race and which one is out. Check out the full injury report below:

450SX Main Event

Adam Cianciarulo, Finger | In

During the season opener race, Anaheim 1 Cianciarulo's left-hand finger was injured. Despite that, he will race for Anaheim 2.

Logan Karnow: Ankle | Out

Karnow will not play in the Anaheim 2 race this weekend due to an ankle injury.

Tristan Lane—Concussion | TBD

Tristan Lane suffered a concussion during a crash before press day in San Diego. He passed the concussion procedure from a specialist this week, but he still needs to be certified by the Alpinestars medical staff. So it is not yet confirmed whether he will play in Anaheim 2 or not.

Ty Masterpool: Ankle | Out

Before the season, Masterpool had surgery to address a persistent ankle problem. Although he hasn't competed yet this season, he tells us he plans to return to supercross riding shortly.

Kevin Moranz: Concussion | Out

Moranz was forced to sit out the third round after a severe collision at the practice track. Although he is not cleared to race this weekend, he stated that he is making every effort to return to the sport as soon as possible. If you are one of the many fans of Moranz Mafia who will be at A2, please stop by his pits and say hello.

Colt Nichols: Shoulder | Out

Nichols is not playing right now because of a rotator cuff injury. He informed us last week that he is recovering well and hopes to go back on the bike in a few weeks.

Aaron Tanti: Shoulder | Out

Tanti suffered a glenoid fracture when he was practicing. He went back to Australia to get it fixed, but he is expected to return to the United States in two weeks. His group claims he ought to be back in the Daytona race.

250SX West Region

Lux Turner: Hip, Pelvis | Out

Turner is out following a severe collision in Anaheim 1 that resulted in a fracture to his left hip side and a pelvic injury.

Max Vohland: Hip | Out

Vohland missed San Diego last week due to a hip injury he sustained during a practice collision. He will also miss the Anaheim 2 race.

Dylan Walsh, Intestine | Out

Due to a small intestinal laceration he received during Anaheim 1 practice, Walsh is not available. He intends to make a comeback sometime in the second part of the campaign.
